Budva, Porto Montenegro in Tivat, Rafailovici, and Kotor all lived up to my expectations. However, I would like to mention a few more places that struck me with their beauty and uniqueness.

Petrovac: This small town with beautiful beaches and crystal-clear water became one of my favorite spots in Montenegro. The real estate here is perfect for those looking for a peaceful and relaxing retreat.

Bar: The city of Bar, with its picturesque coastline and historical landmarks, is also worth attention. The real estate market in Bar offers a variety of options, from modern apartments to traditional houses.

Buljarica: This area, known for its panoramic views of the bay, offers a great choice for those who appreciate tranquility and natural beauty.

Additionally, I would like to mention the city of Ulcinj and Sveti Stefan. Ulcinj is famous for its long sandy beaches and historic center, while Sveti Stefan is a picturesque island-hotel that attracts celebrities and luxury enthusiasts from around the world.

Overall, Montenegro is a paradise for nature lovers, history enthusiasts, and quality real estate seekers. I definitely recommend considering this country for both leisure and real estate investment.
